While collecting sand at some of the finest beaches in the world over the years, we never missed a meal ... and especially an opportunity to wine and dine with the locals.

As we check off the vacations on our bucket list, which seems to grow each day, we will share sea-side dining experiences with some of the best Michelin rated chefs as well as local favorites.  Sometimes those hidden gems are located in towns where the chef has grown a large following.

Our philosophy is to promote farm-to-table and sea-to-table dining in your home and dining out.  Buying local means you are supporting the family farmers and ranchers that raised your food.  Produce is picked when it is ripest making it so nutrient loss due to transportation is minimal.  Fruit and vegetables that are completely ripened are also more vibrant in flavor and retain more vitamins and minerals.
